There are a few Super Hero Sets: Wolverine, Captain America, The Flash,  Cyborg, Black Panther, Thor, White Canary, Daredevil, and Wonder Woman .  Along with these are a few supervillains, including Thanos, Deathstroke, Loki, and Savitar.  The materials you need to craft these are: Adamantium Ore, Adamantium Ingot, Adamantium Block (Drops 5-9 dust), Adamantium Dust, Adamantium Bone, Vibranium Ore, Vibranium, Ballistic Nylon, Dwarf Star Alloy Ore, Dwarf Star Alloy, Electronic Parts, Infused Gold, Asgardian Alloy, Asgardian Steel, Hephaestus Alloy & Ingots, Steel Rods, Polymer, Kevlar, and a host of other things in the mod.

The Wolverine set has claws, which deal 10 damage and have high durability.  A full set is better than diamond, has high durability, and gives you regeneration.  The Captain America set is the same, but with a shield, and instead of regeneration, you get resistance.  The Black Panther set is slightly better than diamond in both protection and durability, is very enchantable, and a full set gives you jump and speed.  It is made and is repaired by Vibranium.  It has claws that deal 9 dmg.  The claws have high durability, but can't be enchanted.  Thor's suit is crafted and repaired by Asgardian Steel.  It doesn't have a helmet, though.  It gives you strength with a full suit.  It is a tiny bit better than diamond and isn't enchantable.  The set also features two weapons: Mjolnir, his hammer, and Stormbreaker, his new axe from Infinity War.  They are both unbreakable.  Right-clicking facing the sky with either of these creates a lightning strike.  Though this strike doesn't damage or set fire, it creates a loud boom and flash in the sky to scare your enemies.  Mjolnir does 11 dmg, and Stormbreak deals 12.5.  The Daredevil Set is unbreakable, and has high armor.  The Full Set Bonuses are Resistance, Strength, & Blindess.  His baton is also unbreakable and does 9.5 dmg.

The Flash Suit doesn't have a weapon, but you do get super speed!  The Cyborg suit has a high armor, high durability, a 10 damage weapon (White Sound Blaster), and gives you speed and strength.  The White Canary Set has no helmet, but has high durability, medium armor, and gives you jump boots. It can be repaired with Kevlar.  Her Bo Staff is unbreakable, and does 9.5 damage.  When you hit with it, you get speed.  The Wonder Woman armor is unbreakable, but isn't very protective.  It has high enchantibility, and gives you Jump Boost 3 and Resistance. It also has a host of weapons: The Sword (High Durability, repaired with Hephaestus Ingots, and 9 dmg), the Shield (Unbreakable and deals 11 dmg), and the Lasso of Truth (Unbreakable, deals 9 dmg, and automatically has Fire Aspect 3).

The Thanos set is the most complicated of all.  It requires all six Infinity Stones for his gauntlet (Soul, Reality, Space, Power, Time, Mind). His gauntlet is unbreakable and does 15 dmg, but you can't enchant it.  The stones are made from a host of different materials.  His armor is unbreakable, enchantable, and better than diamond.  It is made of infused gold, void stones, and portal stones.  The full set gives you speed and strength.  The Loki Set has medium durability and high armor.  A full set gives you absorption and can be repaired with Malchite.  His weapon is the Chitauri Scepter, which is unbreakable and does 13 dmg.

The Deathstroke set has high durability, and high armor.  The Full Set gives you Resistance, and it is repairable with steel.  You can also make his sword, which has high durability and does 9 dmg.  The Savitar Set makes you a speed demon.  While is has medium durability and low enchantibility, it has high armor and a full set gives you crazy high speed.  His spear has medium durability, and does 9 dmg, and has low enchantibility.  The armor and the spear can be repaired with Dwarf Star Alloy.
